We hope you love your Johanna Ortiz purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and designer packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer box and shipping container, ensuring the Johanna Ortiz garment tags are securely attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous tracking stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our atelier.
